CHINA. Dollar, Year 3 (1911). PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder.
L&M-37; K-227; Y-31; WS-0046b. No dot after "DOLLAR". Totally white, without a trace of tone. The obverse is nothing short of superb, with shimmering satin luster and flawless legends and devices. Every last detail of the dragon's scales are fully struck-up with absolutely nothing left to the imagination. A single thin abrasion that skips across the lower central reverse locks-in the assigned grade. With most numismatists being far more concerned with the obverse condition when evaluating a dragon dollar, the first impression the coin gives turns-out to be the far more lasting impression. PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder.
Estimate: $6000.00- $8000.00
