CHINA. Air Force Medal of the Vermillion Bow, ND (ca. 1945). VERY FINE.
35.84 mm; 23.24 gms (with ribbon). Round copper medal featuring a man's arm drawing a bow while aiming at a red enameled sun; Reverse: Four character inscription, stamped: "262". Suspended with a blue ribbon with white diagonal stripes, red at the borders. Most of the enamel is missing from the medal aside from the sun, balance of the medal with minor deposits. Overall a wholesome and interesting piece. With pin bar. VERY FINE.
