Meiji Yen Year 18 (1885) MS64 NGC, KM-YA25.2, JNDA 01-10. Mottled, light gray and russet toning over sparkling fully prooflike fields and superly struck devices. NGC has certified no examples finer than 64, and they have one 64 certified as Prooflike. There should be two pieces certified in Prooflike 64, as this piece has fully Prooflike fields on both the obverse, and reverse, without question.
