We last sold a similar example of this vertical format issue in the Ruth W. Hill Collection for $2350.00. A few stampings of various Chinese characters are seen both front and back. The vignettes of dragons rising from the sea on the face along with the five bats guarding the back should allow for some spirited competition to acquire this interesting note. Graded by PCGS as Apparent Very Good 8 with minor stains and tear at upper left.
