A presentation album full of Specimen notes presented to one M.D. Mitzakis and with "Institut d'Emission des Etats du Cambodge, du Laos et du Viet-Nam" emblazoned on the front. The notes grade Uncirculated, and they are mounted on black sheets with a "window" cut out so that both sides of the notes can be viewed. The sheets are held within clear plastic sheet holders. Interestingly, this presentation book also has an empty page for 20 Piastres = Riel/Kip/Dong notes. There are descriptions for both sides of these 20 Piastres notes (as there are descriptions in French of all notes in the album) that never made it into circulation. The album is housed within a slipcase.
