An example of the desirable and iconic Daikoku note. Early versions of these notes were treated with starch from the konnyaku plant, and therefore many were eaten by rats. This piece grades PMG Choice Very Fine 35, with truly minor rust on the back. The last Pick 22 to cross our auction block was a PCGS VF 25 example that brought $528.75 in September 2014.
