This lovely Specimen with palindrome control number 11311 at back bottom center grades PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ. We have offered just a few Specimens from the Foreign Exchange Certificate issue. The last was another FX6s grading PMG 66 EPQ. It realized $223.25 in September 2015. This higher graded example should easily top that figure.
