HADRAINVS AVGVSTVS, laureate head right / COS III, Genius standing left, sacrificing from patera over altar and holding cornucopia. RIC 173; BMCRE 400; RSC 335. Toned VF, scratch on neck. Scarce obverse variety.
While this type is common, the vast majority are of the obverse type "laureate head right, draped left shoulder". RIC does not differentiate between the two obverse types whereas BMC lists four specimens with drapery and only one without.
