A Nice Fragment of Coptic Textile from Roman Egypt. Ca. 5th - 7th Century AD, in linen, with central vertical band of black bordered by red lines, to either side is a vertical column of decoration consisting of people, animals and floral devices in red over a golden yellow ground.
