BITHYNIA, Kalchedon. Circa 210-195 BC. AR Tetradrachm (34.5mm, 16.87 g, 1h). In the name and types of Lysimachos of Thrace. Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΛYΣIMAXOY, Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; ΔI to inner left; in exergue, grain ear left and KAΛ in exergue. Marinescu Issue 55, 122 (O48/R111); Türkoğlu L02c; HGC 7, 528; Bement 260 (same dies). EF, attractively toned. Well centered and struck. Very rare.
