Struck circa 779-792/3. + OFFA REX +, diademed bust right; triangle of three pellets flanking / U IN ◊ ð in angles of cross fleury, saltire in center. Chick 72b = EMC 1996.0168 = Coin Register 1996, 168 (this coin); SCBI 20 (Mack), 567; BMC –; North 302; SCBC 905. VF, slightly pitted. Very rare.
