QAMARNAGAR: AR rupee (11.21g), Qamarnagar, AH(11)47 year 17, KM-436.51, in the name of Muhammad Shah, excellent strike, some minor porosity, VF, RR, ex Paul Stevens Collection. Qamarnagar was one of the Nizam feudatories of Hyderabad, and is now known as Kurnool. A similar piece in Stephen Album Auction 21, Lot 1248, sold for $450.
