ABBASID: al-Nasir, 1180-1225, AV dinar (3.38g), Tikrit, AH607, A-268, pierced twice, EF, RRR. Extremely rare mint for the Abbasids, active only for a very few gold coins, known only for this reign. The mint was briefly active under the Buwayhids and 'Uqaylids in silver, and the Zangids and Begteginids in gold, all extremely rare.
