Franz Joseph I 2 Florin 1866-A MS64 NGC, Vienna mint, KM2231. Heavier side whiskers variety. A truly-bold specimen with lustrous, prooflike surfaces that are mottled with shimmering tones of mauve and champagne. Strong design features are unmistakable, with only a few, well-camouflaged ticks that ultimately keep this piece from a finer designation. Even so, this specimen is currently the finest certified example of the type, and is fully-deserving of that title.
