Prussia. Wilhelm II gold Proof 20 Mark 1890-A PR63 Cameo PCGS, Berlin mint, KM521, Fr-3831. Sharply struck, with deeply mirrored fields and nicely frosted devices. The color bright with a pleasant orange-golden tint, and the surfaces display light marks that define the grade. A very rare issue in Proof and the only piece certified by either PCGS, or NGC.
