Central American Republic 8 Reales 1840/37 NG-MA MS61 NGC, Nueva Guatemala mint, KM4. Attractive for the designation with strong mint luster and lovely old patina essentially masking the present mild surface abrasions. A much scarcer overdate variety, difficult to locate in Mint State with only three such examples currently listed in NGC's census.
