Choice Mint State with highly reflective, delicately toned and surprisingly clean surfaces (for this issue's normally dull standards) and sharply rendered details. By far the more elusive date for this scarce type struck at the Ayacucho branch mint, conditionally very rare and eminently desirable in this select quality, this example being currently the single Mint State coin certified by NGC and certainly among the very finest extant of the date. A lovely coin, worthy of a premium bid.
