Rama IV silver Pattern Salu'ng (1/4 Baht) ND (1860) AU55 PCGS, as KM-Pn6, but this piece does not have the two stars outside the Chakra denoting 1/4 Baht, and this piece is struck in silver on a thick flan (2.2mm, 6.13gm). According to KM, the Salu'ng should normally have a weight of 3.71gm. The example is an unlisted silver piefort. Sharply struck, with some remaining luster and only a touch of rubbing on the high points. The only example of this type we can reference is lot No. 350 in the June 2013 Morton & Eden sale (this coin) where it brought approximately $3364. This is the only piece of this type, in piefort silver, certified by either PCGS, or NGC.

Estimate: 2500-3500 USD
