George V 50 Cents 1917 MS67 PCGS, Ottawa mint, KM25. A stunning George V 50 Cents and one of only a few George V coins, of any date, to be certified in MS67. The surfaces are pristine, with close examination required to find even the smallest mark. The strike shows a touch of softness on the reverse leaf between 7 and 8 o'clock, and the luster beams beneath a light dusting of golden-russet toning. Only one other piece has been certified in MS67 by PCGS, with none finer, and it is difficult to imagine that the other coin is any nicer than this spectacular example. Considerably nicer than the Belzberg example, and nicer even than the Gem MS66 Canadiana coin.
