Toned Proof with moderate wiping evidence mostly evident on the reverse centers yet deeply reflective surfaces and sharply defined details, as expected for the technical designation. The only example currently certified as Proof by NGC and the first such example seen by the cataloguer, obviously very rare in this presentation.
