POST-ANCIENT & MEDIEVAL INDIA, Medieval (Central Deccan). temp. Chalukyas of Kalyana or Kalachuris of Kalyana. Uncertain ruler. 11th-12th centuries AD. Pale AV Pagoda (22mm, 3.68 g). Flan stamped with uncertain punchmarks around central male figure right, wearing headband, earring, and brandishing spear / Blank with some striations. Unpublished in the standard references. VF, deposits, some roughness, evidence of having possibly been placed in a bezel.
