Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Roma and Constantinopolis, with right foot on prow, enthroned, each holding scepter and supporting shield with eight-pointed star between them; SMANς. RIC VIII 166; Depeyrot 10/2. Fine, graffiti on obverse, traces of earthen deposits. Rare.
