THRACE. Kingdom of Thrace. Lysimachos, 323-281 B.C. Lot of (10) AR Drachms, ca. 336-281 B.C. VERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE.
A wonderful grouping of (7) Lysimachos and (3) Alexander III (the Great) AR Drachms. A variety of mints are present including Miletus (Pr-2121), and Colophon for the Alexander III (the Great) types, and Magnesia (Muller-330) and Ephesus (Muller-335 & 421) as well as other mints (Muller-296 & 354) for the Lysimachos types. A visually lovely group which could certainly stand as a great starting point for a new collector or a study group. Minor surface issues may be present, though overall they are bright and appealing. Examination suggested. Approximate retail value of about $1,500. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. VERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE.

Estimate: $700.00- $1000.00
