S-738. Crowned, draped and facing bust of Heraclius on left, crowned and draped bust of Heraclius Constantine facing on right, cross above; Reverse: Cross potent on three steps. Struck with slightly worn rusty dies showing some roughness around devices near Heraclius Constantine. A bit off center but majority of legends are present and discernible. Some contact marks on reverse, some remaining luster in folds of drapery. NGC AU, Strike: 3/5 Surface: 3/5.
