Dup-983; Ciani-1266. Dies rotated 45 degrees from coin alignment. Nearly unheard of quality for the issue, all of the hair detail is present, with both dies quite fresh at the time the coin struck. Razor sharp legends with minimal doubling, a nearly unimprovable example for the type, and if auction records are any indication, a better mint mark as well. PCGS AU-55 Secure Holder.
