Dav-576; KM-779; Thun-68. Population of four with six finer at NGC and PCGS. Quite scarce even in the upper circulated grades, the finest graded sits at only MS63. Reverse commemorates the construction of the first steam-hauled railway in Germany, known as the Bavarian Ludwig Railway. A terrific example without impairment unlike so many other surviving examples. Light toning. NGC AU-58.
