Bit-262; KM-2. Incorrect date on holder, coin is from the previous Tsar according to Bitkin. These were minted during the late 19th and early 20th century based on Russian law which provided that gold mines should receive back the silver recovered from their ore after refining. The silver was returned in circular ingots with various weights, and are not technically denominated. Population of three at this level with a single coin finer (MS65) at NGC and PCGS. Beautifully toned with deep green and blue patina. PCGS MS-63 Secure Holder.
