Helmeted, diademed and cuirassed facing bust of Theodosius, head turned slightly right, holding spear over right shoulder and shield with horseman motif on left arm / Constantinopolis seated left, holding cross on globe in right hand and scepter in left, star in right field; Γ//CONOB.
