Elymaian Kingdom. Kamnaskires III, with Anzaze. Silver Tetradrachm (15.77 g), ca. 82/1-73/2 BC. Seleukeia on the Hedyphon, SE 237 (76/5 BC). Diademed and draped bust of Kamnaskires IV left; behind, anchor mintmark. Reverse: IΛCIΛEΩI KAIINACKIPO[Y] KAI IACIΛICCH[C] ANZAZHC, Belos seated left, holding Nike and scepter; in inner left field, MAKE[ΔΩN]; in exergue, date (mostly off flan [ZΛ]Σ). Haaff 7.1, subtype -15; Alram 454; cf. Sunrise 470. Both portraits are magnificent. Luster throughout and delicately toned. Superb Extremely Fine.
