Russia- South. 1000 Rubles, 1919. Pk S424a. A South Russian Banknote, Government Treasury Note, black block OA-061. Lovely large sized note featuring nice margins on crisp paper. In spite of being slightly handled, this note highlights flattering qualities that makes one distinguishable from all the rest. Intense colors observed through the holder. Nearly 100 year old banknote! The obverse side has a plethora of designs. St George & Dragon on the bottom left. Double-headed eagle at center on the reverse side of the note.
