India: 100 Rupees ND "KARACHI" issue P. 20k with KG VI at right in used condition with a very very strong vertical and horizontal fold, center fold hole and some staining in paper. At left the note seems to have been repaired along the horizontal fold. Still a rare issue. Condition: G+ to VG.
