Latvia: 10 Kopeken 1863 P. A1, first issue listed in Pick, issued under russian administration at the "Rigaer Borsen-Bank" / "Stock Exchange Bank of Riga". A highly rare smaller size issue in used condition with several folds and stains in paper, an oval stamp at left, some transparent tape on back along all corners to fix the worn borders. Rarely seen on the market. Condition: VG.
