ARKADIA, Psophis. Circa 480s/460s. Obol (Silver, 10mm, 0.94 g 11). Forepart of the Keryneian Hind to right. Rev. ψ / O (with an archaic psi of local form like a five-rayed star) Fish swimming transversely to right within rayed incuse square. BCD 1661 (same dies). Traité I 1249, pl. XXXVIII, 25 (same dies). Very rare. Attractively toned and struck on a broad flan. Good very fine.
