CRETE, Gortyna. Circa 300-280/70 BC. Drachm (Silver, 19mm, 5.83 g 1). Protome of a bull to right, his head slightly turned to front. Rev. Head of Europa to right with her hair bound in a roll. Cf. Svoronos p. 163, 44 and pl. XIII, 18. Toned as found. Die break on the reverse, otherwise, nearly very fine.
