SICILY, Leontini. Circa 425-420 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 25mm, 16.94 g 12). Laureate head of Apollo to right; behind, ivy spray. Rev. LΕΟΝΤΙΝΟΝ Head of roaring lion right; three barley grains around, mullet below. Boehringer 62 (same dies). SNG ANS 253 (same dies). A rare type with the mullet on the reverse. Nicely toned. Good very fine.
