AYTO K COYAΠ ANTΩNEINOC CEB, laureate head right / ΔHMAPX EΞOYCIAC YΠAT B, eagle standing right on ground line, head right, holding wreath in beak, with wings spread; SC in exergue. Prieur 1045 var; Baldus, pl. III, 24 var. aVF, black patina with earthen highlights. Superb portrait. Very Rare. This exact combination of obverse and reverse legends, along with the right facing eagle and SC in the exergue, appears to be a previously unpublished combination. This type was not known to either Prieur or Baldus.
