THRACE, Odessos. Circa 280-225 BC. AR Tetradrachm (29mm, 16.55 g, 1h). In the name and types of Alexander III of Macedon. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; monogram below throne. Price 1322 (Uncertain Black Sea); Black Sea Hoard 313–20 var. (same obv. die, before re-engraving; slightly different monogram); CNG 94, lot 158 (same obv. die). VF, toned, traces of find patina, a couple light scratches on reverse.
