Caracalla. AD 198-217. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.13 g, 1h). Rome mint. Struck AD 215. Laureate head right / Aesculapius standing facing, holding serpent-entwined rod in right hand; to left, Telesphorus standing facing; globe to right. RIC IV 253; RSC 307. VF, lightly toned, some minor porosity.
