Manuel I Comnenus. 1143-1180. Æ Half Tetarteron (13mm, 0.44 g, 8h). Uncertain Greek mint. Struck circa 1143-1152(?). Monogram of Manuel / Crowned half–length bust of Michael, holding labarum and globus cruciger. DOC 22; SB 1979. VF, dark brown patina. Unusually thin and light-weight flan.
