Halfcrown 1928 Davies 1702 with the Modified Effigy used from the 1926 die (see footnote in Davies, page 83) with the thicker obverse rim, The slightly smaller portrait has a raised fuller forehead and slight less prominent eyebrow. The M in B.M. truncation initials is somewhat thinner and slightly tilted. The coin's unique millings 5% more numerous than any others of this year and in consequence is slightly thinner. Extremely Rare EF/AU toned with a small spot in the obverse field behind the bust
