Edward IV, Second Reign (1471-83) Groat, 3.07g, York, type XII, m.m. lis both sides, e on breast, trefoils on cusps except above crown, trefoil stops, rev., saltire stops, reads civi/tas/ebo/raci, possibly a re-used Henry VI die (N. 1633; S. 2102; Blunt & Whitton XII; Stewartby p. 432, XII), legends weak in parts, very fine to good very fine and with strong portrait, rare.
