Core-formed glass amphoriskos.
Eastern Mediterranean, 6th-5th century BC.
The dark blue ovoid body with rounded shoulders, cylindrical neck, inward-sloping rim-disk and twin blue vertical handles, with applied white marvered thread wound spirally and tooled into a zig-zag pattern. The original colors are barely visible, hidden by a iridescent white film.
