Core-formed glass alabastron.
Eastern Mediterranean, 3rd-4th century BC.
Cobalt blue in color, the elongated cylindrical body with a rounded bottom, sloping shoulders, a long cylindrical neck and a flat disk rim, with applied white and yellow marvered threads wound spirally and tooled into a zig-zag pattern, two white bands below, twin blue lugs on the shoulders.
11.3 cm high.
