The Spur Ryals tend to come in nice condition but are often very creased. This coin is exceptional as it is only slightly creased. It is graded as being almost extremely fine as technically it does exhibit some wear in parts. However, in other parts it is extremely well struck, such as on the lion and particularly on the paw, which is one of the highest points on the coin. There are only four true extremely fine coins extant, or at least on the market in the last 40 years, whereas the others tend to be almost extremely fine at best and very creased
