Laureate head of Zeus right; c/m: head of Cleopatra VI(?) right / eagle flying right, holding wreath in beak; monograms to left and in the exergue. Herman 3; BMC 2; HGC 1441. aVF, sandy red patina. Scarce. 

The attribution of the countermark as Cleopatra VI is speculative
