Watch List notes:

Blue-green faience tile. Old Kingdom, 2686-2181, possibly Third Dynasty, 2686-2613 BC. Tile with rear piercing on back for mounting in a central, raised area. They are frequently attributed to the Step Pyramid of Djoser and the surrounding complexes in Saqqara. Dimensions: 57x36mm. Some damage, particularly to one end of the tile. Glaze a bit faded. Cf. F.
