Blue-green faience tile. Old Kingdom, 2686-2181, possibly Third Dynasty, 2686-2613 BC. Tile with rear piercing on back for mounting in a central, raised area. They are frequently attributed to the Step Pyramid of Djoser and the surrounding complexes in Saqqara. Dimensions: 60x38mm. Chipped in areas. Glaze a bit faded. Cf. F.
