Bronze amulet pendant. Byzantine, 10th-12th centuries AD (or earlier). Engraved on both sides. Eight line Greek inscription on one side; the opposite side shows a face within a circle, with seven lines (necks?) with crude animal heads radiating from it. Diameter: 5.4cm. Brown surfaces. Cf. D.
