Written by the retired Chief Engineer of the Royal Mint, this well illustrated work explores the coin making process as it has evolved since the Renaissance. Long out of print and in great demand, as the only reference available on the techniques used by mints to strike coins. Light corner bump, otherwise a very fine copy.
