A publication of 24 papers by internationally acknowledged specialists in the fields of history, archaeology, art history, numismatics and philology. As the title indicates, the articles are organized chronologically and methodologically, beginning with the Hellenistic period in Bactria and ending with the pre-Islamic and early Islamic cultures of Central Asia. Corners lightly bumped and a light bump on front edge, overall a nice fine copy.
